1. Publisher

The Culture website (get-culture.com) is published in a personal capacity by Alexis Bourillon, as a project in its beta phase.

2. Hosting

The site and its data are hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, in its Stockholm (Sweden) data centers.

3. Personal Data

When you create an account, the site keeps your email address and your name or nickname. If you sign in through another service (Google, Apple…), it receives the same information from it, and nothing else. Your password is managed by Amazon Cognito: the publisher never has access to it.

As you use the site, you also store your workshops, the documents you upload, your answers to exercises and exams, your progress and your XP. This data is used solely to run the service. It is never sold, nor used for advertising.

Some processing relies on providers: Amazon Web Services (hosting, accounts, service emails), Anthropic, in the United States (writing curricula and questions from uploaded documents), TypeSafe AI (grading written answers) and, when it does not respond, DeepSeek, in China. These providers only receive the content to process (a document, a question and its answer), never your name or email address.

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. You can delete it from your profile: it is set aside for 7 days, during which you can restore it, then permanently erased along with its data. What you wrote in other people's workshops stays there.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights: contact@get-culture.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

4. Cookies

The site only uses cookies required for it to work: your sign-in session and your language. No advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, visuals, Culture brand) is protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. The documents and content you upload remain yours.

6. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided as-is during a beta phase. The publisher cannot be held liable for service interruptions or inaccurate information, including in AI-written content.
